Away from the office, you'll find Katie wandering new countries, at the beach in a trucker hat, in Pilates, worrying about her kids, or cheering them on from the sidelines as a soccer and all-star cheer mom.

The best advice I have for a working mom is Mom-Guilt is a REAL thing. Whether you are a stay-at-home, part-time, or full-time working parent, you will always question whether you are doing enough.  Only you know what’s best for your family, so do just that, lean in and love hard.
