Hi, I’m Isa, Client Success Lead. I have over 10 years of experience in luxury travel and hospitality, with a background in sales, operations, and membership. Throughout my career, I've focused on building strong client relationships, understanding individual needs, and creating thoughtful, high-touch experiences across multinational companies.
I was born in Mexico City and have been fortunate to live abroad, which has fueled my love of travel, exploring new places, and learning about different cultures. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors and with my family, which mostly means chasing my todder and dog around!
