Hi, I’m Carolina, Customer Success Lead in Public Relations at Ficomm Partners. I’m a hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience in customer service. My background spans both the public and private sectors, giving me the opportunity to work with diverse clients and portfolios.
I bring a strong project management mindset to my work, overseeing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables stay on track from planning through execution.
Born in Mexico City to a Californian mother, I grew up bridging cultures, which has shaped my ability to connect easily with people, adapt to different working styles, and collaborate thoughtfully across perspectives.
Outside of work, I enjoy indoor cycling, reading fiction, puzzles, and creative collaging. I’m fueled by good cappuccinos and quality time with my loved ones and our furry pets. At Ficomm, I’m especially aligned with our tenacious growth mindset, believing that real progress comes from staying curious, embracing discomfort, and continuously pushing forward, even when it’s challenging.
