Hi, I'm Candice, the Head of Strategy at Ficomm Partners. I lead client strategy to help RIAs solve their most pressing growth challenges with the power of authentic and human-first marketing.

I'm passionate about moving the industry forward as the host of the New Skool podcast and a speaker at industry events across the country leading workshops to help RIA's thrive and grow.

Previously United Capital and Mercer Advisors, I have partnered with elite firms like Capital Group, BlackRock, and XY Planning Network to create advisor marketing solutions that drive results, at scale.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking with my GoldenDoodle (Sunshine), studying meditation and yoga, and consuming every book and podcast on marketing and personal growth. I would love to meet you!
