Dani Fava’s name is synonymous with innovation. She was previously the Director of Institutional Innovation at TD Ameritrade Institutional and is now Head of Strategic Development at Envestnet leading transformation. 

Named by IN as a 2020 Woman to watch she is known for showing up on stage in Nike hightops, saying the things people are often thinking but afraid to say and is committed to future-proofing the RIA industry. She talks about when she stopped pretending at work and her journey to more fully becoming herself at work.
