Sanctuary Capital Raise

The Problem

Sanctuary Wealth secured a $175 million investment from Kennedy Lewis Investment Management to fuel its M&A strategy and continue to elevate its offering to breakaways and independent advisors. The firm needed to communicate this capital raise to their stakeholders.

Proposed Solution

Ficomm recommended an integrated communications strategy, including detailed messaging guidance with distinct points for Sanctuary’s various audiences, blog content, social media and internal communications. An integrated approach would allow Sanctuary to control what information was shared with which audiences at which times.

Ficomm collaborated with Sanctuary’s CEO to develop the comprehensive messaging strategy, then used the agreed verbiage to create a slide deck and coaching for the leadership team to present at the firm’s town hall. Next, Ficomm designed blog calendar for the website and outlined and executed a social media plan. Ficomm followed up with multiple gifting options to celebrate the capital raise.

Sanctuary communicated its capital raise clearly and accurately to its internal team, clients, and other investors. The CEO and leadership team controlled the narrative, ensuring that all stakeholders were informed and given the information they needed. The firm was able to continue its M&A strategy and elevate its offering to its financial advisors.
