Hi, I'm Carolyn, VP of Advisor Growth Marketing at FiComm Partners. I join FiComm after several years as the lead Marketing Coach & Consultant for financial advisors within the XY Planning Network. My approach to marketing is both creative and analytical. I love helping firms achieve a creative flow that’s unique and exciting while also using tracking and metrics to learn what actually drives results for their business. This focus of mine is one of the reasons I resonate deeply with FiComm's core value "We delight in joy and transformation." Every day that I help a team transform through intentional, heart-centered communication is a good day. Outside of my career, I'm a gardener, proud mom of two kids and antique homeowner. I believe life is short, sweet, and best when we feel connected to each other.

  • The best advice I would give to someone working on their marketing is to relax their body, take 3 slow breaths, and ask, “What would my ideal buyer think about this?”

  • I like to say Oprah is my mentor from afar. She has created a hugely successful career all while staying true to who she is and constantly asking, “What’s our intention?”
