Hi, I’m Camila Maldonado, Graphic Designer at Ficomm Partners. For the last 7+ years I've been passionate with building brands that actually connect, from full visual identities and brands worlds to digital campaigns, websites and social that move the needle. I love the moment when strategy, design and storytelling finally click and you can feel the difference in how people respond. I've led multidisciplinary teams on everything from global website redesigns to high-volume Amazon listing optimizations and rebrands for agencies and start ups.
Outside work, I'm mom to two wild, wonderful little boys and to a huge, gentle Bernese Mountain Dog who thinks he's still a puppy. Our weekends are usually spent hiking in the mountains around Bogota (me with the snack backpack, them racing ahead like wild explorers) or watching my oldest swing a golf club that's almost bigger than him, with a focus and natural tale that leaves me speechless every time. Meanwhile the little one is is busy feeding carrots to horses and giggling like it's the best job in the world. Those chaotic, joyful days are what recharge me completely.
That's why I feel so at home with Ficomm's "team before self" core value. I truly believe the best work happens when we drop the ego, listen hard, celebrate what everyone brings to the table, and pull in the same direction. I've seen it create magic in projects and try to live it every day, because when the team wins, we all win.
