Suzanne Joshi began her career working for a newly formed independent registered advisory firm, Douglas C. Lane and Associates, where she first experienced the entrepreneurship, passion and dedication of the individuals in this industry. After this exciting start, Suzanne continued to focus much of her career working in the business of financial advice. Following her launch in the RIA space, Suzanne was an Equity Research Associate at Morgan Stanley where she developed critical valuation and business evaluation skills that continue to drive her approach to marketing and business development. She then worked at Deloitte Services, where she developed marketing and business development programs at the national level that were then executed by the network of regional teams.
Prior to joining FiComm, Suzanne was a Vice President and Head of Head of Segment Marketing at Pershing LLC, a BNY Mellon Company, where she lead the strategic marketing planning for the broker-dealer, advisor and hedge fund businesses. In this role, she supported marketing strategy and planning at the enterprise, as well as the advisor level, during tumultuous industry transformation. Through her deep understanding of the advisory landscape, she helped many organizations, RIA firms and advisors to address business model shifts in the industry and capture growth opportunities. Suzanne’s passion for this industry has driven her to help these firms and advisors develop targeted, measurable, strategies to achieve their business goals.
Suzanne earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Fairfield University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
