Kirsten Ly is a multifaceted marketing professional with 20 years of experience developing marketing campaigns, programs and materials focused on business growth for financial, technology and professional services firms. Her expertise includes client relationship management, strategic planning, focus group facilitation and communication.
Prior to joining FiComm, Kirsten managed a successful marketing consultancy that provided creative marketing and communication services to professional services firms in a wide range of industries. In the financial services space, she served as a long-term consultant to one of the country’s largest broker-dealers, and has worked with independent advisors, brokerage firms, and financial services technology firms to develop marketing and communications content in support of sales, recruiting, training, and branding.
Kirsten received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the College of William & Mary.
