Jessica P. Crimmins
Business Development Manager
JESSICA is the Head of Business Development and comes to FiComm Partners with a depth of experience across the financial services industry. Most recently, she was the senior vice president of corporate communications for Santander Bank. She set strategic direction for building a corporate communications platform to support the U.S. franchise of a global bank in addition to leading the rebrand of Sovereign Bank to Santander. Jessica was the executive producer of company-wide events and led several of their sponsorship relationships including relationships with MGH (Massachusetts General Hospital) and the MFA (Museum of Fine Arts). She also led executive communications for the CEO and his management team, crisis communications, video content and the digital strategy for the Bank.
Crimmins has built her career as a communications and marketing executive with over 20 years of leadership roles in financial services working with advisers at both MetLife and John Hancock. Her expertise spans marketing, communications, digital strategy, finance, operations, video, event execution and coaching and practice management for advisers and senior executives.
She led the marketing, communications, and training strategy for the sales organization for MetLife for both Estate Planning and Financial Planning. At John Hancock she led marketing, communications, the digital content strategy, public relations, social media, and incentive events for the agency distribution system. Jessica was also VP at a sales office at MetLife, leading the training and communications strategy in addition to coaching their top producers on practice management.
Jessica is a frequent speaker and has been a main platform speaker at the Massachusetts Conference for Women and featured at several industry conferences and workshops.
Jessica is very involved in the downtown Boston community. She is a founding member of the Beacon Hill Women’s Forum, a thriving networking organization. She has also served on the boards of the University Club of Boston, the Beacon Hill Civic Association, and the Park Street School where she led a $15 million capital campaign to build a new school in downtown Boston.
She served on the MGH Cancer Center 100 committee and is currently on the board of the Esplanade Association and head of the marketing committee. As part of her passion for the game of tennis, she is on a special committee at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, RI to support the CEO, Todd Martin in building after- school curriculum for kids to obtain innovative tennis, education, life and leadership skills.
Crimmins earned a B.S. from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in addition to executive leadership certificates from both Babson College and Harvard Business School.
A committed athlete, Jessica has run 4 marathons and several half marathons in addition to her passion for tennis, squash and yoga.
Jessica divides her time with her family between downtown Boston and Newport, RI.
